Prior to joining Saveology.com, Mr. Smith served in numerous leadership roles at Electronic Data Systems (EDS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Hewlett-Packard Corporation (NYSE:HPQ), and leading global technology services provider; Sabre, now Sabre Holdings® Corporation, the world's #1 computerized travel reservation system; and International Business Machine Corp. (NYSE:IBM).
Mr. Smith's most recent roles were Chief Information Officer at Idearc Media, a world leading print and online directory publisher and content provider for communications products and services, and Travelport, a provider of travel industry solutions. In these roles Mr. Smith collaborated and led the technology efforts for some of the web's most known brands to include Superpages.com®, Orbitz®, Travelocity®, CheapTickets®, among others.
As Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer, Mr. Smith's core responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of technology for Saveology.com to include application development, infrastructure services, and product innovation.
